Schedule
- Full-time, remote position with occasional in-office requirements in Atlanta, GA
- Flexible availability required based on business needs
What You’ll Do
- Meet or exceed quarterly production and quality goals set by senior management
- Deliver high levels of customer and dealer service across all interactions
- Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and regulations
- Maximize conversion rates of applications through product knowledge and customer service
- Collaborate effectively with sales and originations teams to support growth goals
- Adhere to workforce management requirements, including attendance and punctuality standards
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and daily registry management
- Contribute to a competitive yet team-focused environment
- Use Microf systems proficiently and assist in process improvements as needed
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- High energy, coachable, and adaptable to change
- Proven organizational and time management abilities
- Professional approach to sales with a goal-oriented mindset
- Team player with ability to collaborate effectively
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Flexibility with work schedules when required
- Ability to make sound decisions with limited information

- $22/hour base pay + quarterly bonus potential
