Schedule

- Collaborates with sales, finance, and operations teams
- Some support for month-end close activities
What You’ll Do
- Review and process customer orders in Salesforce and NetSuite
- Partner with sales to resolve quote issues and ensure compliance
- Generate and issue invoices accurately and on time
- Troubleshoot billing issues and provide quick resolutions
- Support inquiries from internal teams, customers, and stakeholders
- Recommend and implement process improvements to increase efficiency
- Assist with month-end close tasks as needed
What You Need
- 2+ years of experience in order management, billing, or related field (software/tech preferred)
- Experience with CRM/ERP systems (Salesforce and NetSuite preferred)
- Strong business acumen with basic accounting knowledge
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Degree in Accounting, Business, or related field (preferred)
