Schedule
- Full-time, remote role (U.S. only)
- Standard business hours with occasional cross-team collaboration
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships, serving as the main point of contact for inquiries, concerns, and requests
- Manage open orders through the fulfillment process, including releases, delivery issues, and payment disputes
- Handle customer needs related to tax-deferred profiles, claims, rebates, and warranty support
- Maintain and update customer portals with pricing, part numbers, and service requirements
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development to support business success
- Proactively escalate critical issues and communicate resolutions
- Collect and analyze customer data to identify behavior trends and recommend improvements
- Track and analyze account metrics to optimize performance
- Anticipate client needs through demand forecasting and inventory awareness
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive account profitability
- Recommend and implement efficiency and cost-savings initiatives
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- 2+ years of experience in customer service and/or account management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and CRM tools (Kustomer, Five9, SharePoint, etc.)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to present information clearly to individuals and groups
- Knowledge of contractual agreements preferred
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
