We’re looking for an Operations Specialist to join our Business Operations team in New York City! To be successful in this role, you should be detail oriented and highly attentive when working with data sets of varying sizes and kinds. This role will encompass using both our in-house built tools as well as Microsoft Excel for data input, Q/A, and management.
What You Will Do:
Data processing including ingestion, QA and mapping
Ongoing daily data validation and support
Troubleshoot data issues and ticket management
Internal and external communication on key statuses, deliverables, issues, and metrics
Ownership of all assigned tasks, with time management and diligence to hit deadlines given
Requirements
What You Will Bring:
Bachelor’s degree
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Favorable but not required relevant experience in accounting and or/financial reporting, contract management, or paralegal experience, preferably in the media, broadcast or entertainment
Candidates must have strong computer skills, including strong data entry skills (with an emphasis on accuracy) and strong proficiency using Microsoft Office’s Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Ability to work within deadlines, exercise good judgment, and maintain client confidentiality
Good pop culture IQ

The anticipated hourly rate for this position is $26.00 – $28.00. Additionally, you will be eligible to participate in our company’s equity program, plus our robust medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits. The actual hourly rate offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job, job-related skills, experience, relevant education/certifications or training, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company.
