  • Research & account resolution environment

What You’ll Do

  • Review patient accounts and balances (self-pay, insurance, and bad debt)
  • Research and resolve billing issues with accuracy and patience
  • Apply knowledge of EOBs, CPT & ICD-10 codes, HCPCS, DRGs, and payer rules
  • Verify documentation, insurance processes, and contract adjustments
  • Work in EPIC and follow HIPAA compliance
  • Respond to inquiries within 24–48 hours and support internal workflows

What You Need

  • High school diploma
  • 2+ years billing experience
  • Basic healthcare coding and insurance knowledge (ICD-10, CPT, EOBs, UB-04, etc.)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet goals
