Schedule

  • Full-time, remote role (must reside in AAA Club Alliance’s footprint: CT, DE, IN, KS, KY, MD, NJ, OH, OK, PA, SD, VA, WV, or Washington, D.C.)
  • Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM EST
  • Paid company holidays + generous PTO + volunteer day

What You’ll Do

  • Provide online booking tool support (Concur and Deem required)
  • Manage client profiles and handle booking inquiries for air, hotel, and car rentals
  • Respond to domestic and international price quote requests
  • Promote policy-compliant fares and rates for cost efficiency
  • Monitor GDS queues and maintain quality control
  • Deliver exceptional customer service via phone and email

What You Need

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 4+ years recent Travel Consultant experience (within last 6 years)
  • Corporate travel experience with expertise in airline ticket exchanges
  • Concur and Deem online booking tool experience (required)
  • Proficiency in Sabre GDS (required)
  • 1+ year international travel booking experience preferred
