Schedule

  • Fully remote
  • Standard business hours in Pacific Time strongly preferred
  • Occasional travel within the U.S. and Canada

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the primary contact for new clients during their first 90 days
  • Lead virtual one-on-one training sessions tailored to each client’s business needs
  • Build strong early relationships that support long-term adoption and retention
  • Identify client needs, track progress, and proactively solve problems
  • Maintain detailed records and documentation across internal platforms

What You Need

  • 3+ years of experience in a SaaS environment, ideally customer-facing
  • Exceptional communication skills with a client-first mindset
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple onboarding journeys
  • Experience with CRM or customer success tools (Salesforce, ChurnZero, Gainsight, HubSpot preferred)
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
  • Comfort in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
  • Spanish language skills preferred
