Schedule

  • Full-time, remote
  • Monday–Friday
  • Standard business hours

Responsibilities

  • Manage the first 30 days of the employee lifecycle, including preemployment communication, screenings, and scheduling
  • Communicate onboarding requirements clearly and guide new hires through each step
  • Track completion of onboarding tasks using Smartsheet and other HR platforms (ADP, iCIMS, i9 Advantage)
  • Organize and maintain preemployment documents and sensitive materials securely
  • Conduct check-ins with new hires at 15 and 30 days to ensure integration and address concerns
  • Perform and track background checks and renewals
  • Respond to and resolve internal HR tickets efficiently
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of SOPs for onboarding
  • Participate in team meetings and cross-functional projects

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma required; additional education a plus
  • 2+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
