Schedule

  • Remote (United States)
  • Full-time
  • Must be able to work an 8-hour shift within 5am–8pm PST, Monday–Friday, plus one Saturday shift per month
  • Compensation: $57,750 OTE ($40,425 base) + uncapped earning potential
  • Hourly range: $19.44–$27.76/hour (includes base + potential performance bonus), based on location, skills, and experience

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with newly enrolled Pros to build a customized onboarding plan anchored to their goals
  • Make 75+ outbound dials per day or maintain 5+ hours of talk time to connect with your assigned portfolio
  • Listen, uncover customer needs, handle objections, and reinforce the value of the product
  • Coach customers on implementing Housecall Pro into their business, including product basics and best practices
  • Support customers through their first 30 days to help them hit activity goals and build long-term momentum
  • Identify high-risk accounts quickly and escalate customers to the right resolution path when needed
  • Communicate clearly and collaborate with strong customer service, presentation, and creative problem-solving skills

What You Need

  • 2+ years of full-time experience in a client-facing onboarding or support role
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
  • Excellent English reading, writing, and verbal communication skills
  • Reliable, adaptable, and professional work style in a changing environment
  • Curiosity and eagerness to learn, with a customer-first mindset
  • Experience using AI tools to increase quality and efficiency of work
  • Bonus: 6+ months of outbound sales or prospecting experience
