Compensation

Responsibilities
- Contact clients to schedule medical exams required for life insurance policies
- Use internal systems to identify client requirements and ensure smooth policy upgrades or approvals
- Handle inbound customer service calls, troubleshoot issues, and respond to voicemails and emails promptly
- Maintain organized documentation of client interactions and paperwork
- Deliver professional service to clients, carrier representatives, and colleagues
- Keep caseload current and ensure regular client communication
- Maintain call and email quality standards to uphold strong customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Previous remote phone customer service experience preferred
- Strong time management skills with ability to multitask in a fast-paced, multi-deadline environment
- 40+ WPM typing speed
- Minimum internet download speed of 50 Mbps for remote work
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong interpersonal communication and teamwork skills
