Schedule
- Full-time, remote role (based in Austin, TX preferred)
- Flexible business hours with multi-deadline responsibilities
- Must have reliable internet with minimum 50 Mbps download speed
What You’ll Do
- Reach out to clients to schedule medical exams for life insurance policies
- Use multiple systems to review client requirements for coverage
- Respond promptly to customer and colleague voicemails and emails
- Handle customer service troubleshooting calls with professionalism
- Maintain accurate documentation of all interactions and paperwork
- Keep caseloads up to date while ensuring clients are contacted regularly
- Uphold call and email quality standards to deliver excellent service
What You Need
- Previous remote customer service experience preferred
- Ability to multi-task in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Typing speed of at least 40 WPM
- Proficiency with MS Office programs and navigating multiple systems
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client and team interactions
