Schedule & Pay
- Full-time, remote or hybrid
- Base Salary: $55,000 annually
- Eligible for performance-based bonus
What You’ll Do
- Review customer applications and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness
- Verify personal and financial information, employment, and trading experience
- Confirm acknowledgment of risk disclosures via FCM systems
- Perform OFAC and NFA BASIC checks
- Contact clients to resolve missing or incomplete information
- Escalate flagged applications to the Director of New Accounts
- Maintain accurate customer records per CFTC Rule 1.31
- Assist with audits and quality control of customer files
- Collaborate with the Back Office team for smooth transitions
- Support adoption of new automation tools for account review
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (business, finance, or related)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage sensitive data responsibly
- Basic understanding of futures markets or financial services a plus
- English required; Spanish and/or Portuguese strongly preferred
- Must obtain Series 3 license within 3 months (firm-sponsored)
