Schedule
- Fully remote for candidates within 100 miles of Chicago, IL, or South Jordan, UT, or residing in IA, MO, WI, and WY
- Comprehensive 4-week paid training
- Monday–Friday schedule, full-time
- Must be available to work standard business hours
- 100% attendance required during training period
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound calls to customers with overdue loan payments
- Negotiate payment plans and arrangements to bring accounts current
- Address customer concerns with empathy, professionalism, and clear communication
- Explain the consequences of overdue payments and provide assistance to resolve issues
- Maintain accurate, detailed records of customer interactions and payment agreements in the company database
Requirements
- 1+ year of collections experience (call center preferred)
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- Customer-focused mindset with adaptability to various personalities
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time-management skills
