What You’ll Do
- Negotiate delinquent accounts with external partners to secure the best savings for clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with debt settlement partners and agencies.
- Oversee client finances and develop strategies to support debt resolution goals.
- Use internal tools to identify opportunities for debt consolidation and negotiation leverage.
- Manage account queues efficiently, balancing multiple priorities with precision.
- Participate in special projects that enhance client outcomes and team performance.
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (preferred)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- High emotional intelligence and genuine passion for helping others
- Team-oriented mindset and commitment to ethical, client-centered service
- Tech proficiency; Salesforce or CRM experience a plus
Compensation
- $21/hour base pay + monthly commission
- Commission based on amount of debt successfully negotiated
