Schedule
- Fully remote, equipment provided
- Full-time, permanent schedule
- 8-hour shifts (morning/afternoon or afternoon/evening)
- Weekend shifts required
- Paid training with 100% attendance required
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls to arrange non-emergency medical transportation
- Consult with customers to understand needs and determine best transport options
- Use positive, professional communication to represent the company
- Manage escalated customer interactions
- Support operational models to improve reliability in healthcare transportation
Requirements
- High school diploma required; college preferred
- 2+ years’ customer service experience (call center preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to hardwire internet and work from a dedicated home office space
- Professional, positive demeanor
