Schedule

  • Fully remote, equipment provided
  • Full-time, permanent schedule
  • 8-hour shifts (morning/afternoon or afternoon/evening)
  • Weekend shifts required
  • Paid training with 100% attendance required

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls to arrange non-emergency medical transportation
  • Consult with customers to understand needs and determine best transport options
  • Use positive, professional communication to represent the company
  • Manage escalated customer interactions
  • Support operational models to improve reliability in healthcare transportation

Requirements

  • High school diploma required; college preferred
  • 2+ years’ customer service experience (call center preferred)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to hardwire internet and work from a dedicated home office space
  • Professional, positive demeanor
