Two Chicks With A Side Hustle

Working at Atlassian

Atlassians can choose where they work – whether in an office, from home, or a combination of the two. That way, Atlassians have more control over supporting their family, personal goals, and other priorities. We can hire people in any country where we have a legal entity. Interviews and onboarding are conducted virtually, a part of being a distributed-first company.

Role Overview:
As the Multichannel Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating and optimizing our marketing efforts across various channels—digital, social, email, events, community, content syndication, paid media, SEO, and more. You will own the strategy, execution, and performance measurement of campaigns aimed at driving product adoption, nurturing leads, and building lasting customer relationships. A deep understanding of Atlassian and it’s flywheel motion for it’s suite of self serve products will be critical in ensuring that our marketing initiatives align with a self-service, low-friction onboarding experience.

  • Data-Driven Growth: Collaborate with the Growth, Product Marketing, and Sales teams to analyze performance metrics, track KPIs, and identify growth opportunities across the customer flywheel lifecycle targeted towards SMB Customers. Use data to refine strategies and improve marketing ROI.
  • Product-Led Acquisition: Design and execute campaigns that focus on product engagement, leveraging freemium models, free trials, and onboarding tactics to turn prospects into customers.
  • Cross-Channel Alignment: Ensure all campaigns across various channels are integrated, consistent, and cohesive. Align messaging, creative assets, and audience targeting to ensure maximum impact.
  • Audience Segmentation & Targeting: Leverage insights and segmentation techniques to reach the right audience at the right time. Tailor campaigns to specific personas, industries, and buying stages.
  • A/B Testing & Experimentation: Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests to optimize campaign performance and user flows. Continuously experiment with new ideas, channels, and tactics to drive growth.
