Schedule
- Full-time, remote position
- Must be on-call during scheduled shifts to ensure member coverage
- Business hours: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–10 PM ET
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of 8–12 Concierge Associates, including regular team meetings, 1:1s, coaching, and performance management
- Review ticket quality, track performance metrics, and ensure adherence to service timeliness and quality standards
- Serve as a subject matter expert, managing complex member inquiries and providing guidance to your team and internal partners
- Manage team scheduling to meet member demand and oversee onboarding/training of new hires
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and relay member feedback to enhance Garner’s product and services
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in customer support or operations with proven team management success
- Strong passion for developing talent and improving user experience
- Ability to stay calm, think creatively, and solve problems under pressure
- Data-driven approach to decision-making and process optimization
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with a hands-on approach
- Genuine interest in improving the U.S. healthcare system
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $65,000–$80,000 (dependent on qualifications, skills, and applicable laws)
