As a Member Support Specialist, you’ll be the voice our members trust for guidance, troubleshooting, and peace of mind—sometimes in life-saving moments.
Schedule
- Full-time, remote position
- $17/hour
- Start Date: Monday, September 8
- Perfect attendance required during first 60 days
- Equipment provided
- Permanent residency required in: AZ, DE, FL, GA, KY, KS, MA, MD, MI, NJ, OH, PA, SC, ID, IL, NC, TN, WV, or TX
- Must have a private workspace and high-speed internet suitable for remote work
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from members and caregivers regarding orders, products, billing, and account services
- Guide members through troubleshooting and product use
- Maintain expert knowledge of company products, services, and billing practices
- Update member accounts and accurately document interactions
- De-escalate dissatisfied member situations with professionalism and problem-solving
- Promote and sell additional products or services during service calls
- Collaborate with teammates to enhance the member experience
- Meet individual and team performance goals
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2+ years in member service, call center, or customer-facing role desired
- Proficiency with computers and ability to multitask
- Strong active listening skills and problem-solving abilities
- Professional, compassionate, and enthusiastic demeanor
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
