As a Member Support Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring members and their loved ones receive timely, accurate, and caring assistance—sometimes saving lives in the process.


Schedule

  • Full-time
  • Remote (permanent residency required in: AZ, DE, FL, GA, KY, KS, MA, MD, MI, NJ, OH, PA, SC, ID, IL, NC, TN, WV, TX)
  • Start Date: Monday, September 8th
  • Must commit to perfect attendance during the first 60 days of employment

Compensation

  • Hourly Pay: $17/hour
  • Equipment provided
  • Paid Time Off eligibility after 60 days

What You’ll Do

  • Answer incoming calls from members and caregivers regarding orders, product use, billing, and account services.
  • Guide members through troubleshooting, navigating the company website, and using products effectively.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Medical Guardian’s products, services, and billing practices.
  • Update accounts and document all member interactions thoroughly.
  • De-escalate dissatisfied member situations by researching and offering solutions.
  • Promote additional products and services (upselling add-ons to existing members).
  • Serve as a brand ambassador by maintaining professionalism and positivity in every interaction.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals.

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of prior member service or call center experience preferred
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred (high school diploma required)
  • Compassionate, professional, and enthusiastic communicator
  • Strong active listening, problem-solving, and de-escalation skills
  • Proficiency in multitasking, organization, and time management
  • Tech-savvy and computer proficient
  • Ability to work independently with a dedicated home workspace and reliable internet
