Schedule
- 3-month contract position, with potential for extension
- Full-time role
- Flexible hours within a remote work environment
- Must be responsive and available during core team collaboration hours
Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary contact for members via email, chat, and phone
- Troubleshoot complex concerns related to labs, results, orders, and more with urgency and compassion
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve the member experience and operational efficiency
- Maintain precise documentation of all interactions and resolutions
- Contribute to scaling support systems, self-service resources, and internal process improvements
Requirements
- 3+ years in customer or member support, ideally in a startup or health-related field
- Exceptional attention to detail while managing high-volume interactions
- Problem-solving mindset with a track record of implementing solutions
- Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Motivated by Function’s mission to transform healthcare
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Prior experience in a high-growth startup
- Background in health tech or wellness industries
