Schedule

  • Full-time, 40 hours per week
  • Work from home (Kentucky residency required)

What You’ll Do

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, internet, and written correspondence.
  • Educate and guide members on benefits, coverage, and available resources.
  • Consult and engage members based on their unique needs and preferences.
  • Document all interactions and maintain confidential records.
  • Deliver a positive, respectful, and solutions-focused service experience.

What You Need

  • High School Diploma or GED (required).
  • Customer service experience in a transaction-based environment such as call centers or retail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Trauma-informed care training.
  • Experience in Care Management or production-driven environments.
  • Familiarity with de-escalation strategies.
  • 1–2 years of healthcare or Medicaid experience.
  • Previous telework experience.
