Schedule

What You’ll Do
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, internet, and written correspondence.
- Educate and guide members on benefits, coverage, and available resources.
- Consult and engage members based on their unique needs and preferences.
- Document all interactions and maintain confidential records.
- Deliver a positive, respectful, and solutions-focused service experience.
What You Need
- High School Diploma or GED (required).
- Customer service experience in a transaction-based environment such as call centers or retail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Trauma-informed care training.
- Experience in Care Management or production-driven environments.
- Familiarity with de-escalation strategies.
- 1–2 years of healthcare or Medicaid experience.
- Previous telework experience.
