Schedule

  • Full-time role with hybrid flexibility (remote and in-office as needed)
  • Monday–Saturday coverage, flexible shifts within Credit Union hours
  • Tools and technology provided for seamless remote productivity

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound member calls, providing friendly and professional service across savings, checking, loan, credit card, and online banking products.
  • Assist with opening new accounts, setting up payroll deductions, and processing withdrawals, transfers, or account maintenance.
  • Support members with loan inquiries, payment processing, and general account questions.
  • Provide troubleshooting support for online banking, bill pay, debit/ATM cards, and fraud resolution.
  • Educate members about products, services, promotions, and digital tools.
  • Research and resolve member issues while ensuring compliance with Credit Union policies and government timelines.
  • Maintain accurate records, account activity, and follow up as needed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 1–2 years of related customer service or financial services experience.
  • Strong verbal communication and basic math skills.
  • Proficient with PCs and multi-screen software systems.
  • Ability to work well in a team and handle member inquiries calmly and effectively.
  • Must comply with SAFE ACT requirements if involved in lending responsibilities.

Preferred

  • Call center or financial institution experience.
  • Knowledge of PBM, pharmaceutical, or healthcare-related processes is a plus.
  • Organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
