Schedule
- Remote position (based in Baltimore, MD area)
- Full-time role with high-volume call center responsibilities
- Training provided, must be available to start November 10, 2025
What You’ll Do
- Answer and resolve incoming calls from members, providers, brokers, and employers
- Issue authorizations for eligible services and provide benefits information
- Handle claim inquiries and process requests for ID cards and authorizations
- Deliver professional, courteous customer service while meeting daily call targets
- Collaborate with Provider Relations and Sales to address concerns and improve service
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework in business preferred)
- 2+ years of customer service or call center experience
- Prior experience in healthcare or insurance strongly preferred
- Strong computer and data entry skills
- Ability to handle confidential information in compliance with HIPAA standards
