Schedule
- Full-time, remote (USA)
- Flexible scheduling as business needs dictate
- Must be comfortable with repetitive call center tasks and prolonged desk work
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls from members and healthcare providers to resolve barriers to care, review benefits, and explain provider payments.
- Help members understand their RBP plans and reduce frustration through empathetic communication.
- Navigate multiple systems and partner portals to research and resolve claims or benefit inquiries.
- Provide accurate and professional written and verbal communication to members and providers.
- Ask probing questions, actively listen, and overcome objections while building rapport.
- Consistently meet established quality and performance standards.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of RBP systems and processes.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in a call center environment (RBP experience preferred).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in computer and internet navigation.
- Flexible, self-starter with strong work ethic and ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to interact effectively with diverse populations and staff at all levels.
Compensation & Benefits
- $18.00 – $21.00 per hour (based on experience and location).
- Eligible for member services bonus/variable compensation.
