Schedule

  • Remote, U.S. based (Eastern, Central, Mountain, or Pacific time zones)
  • Monday–Friday full-time schedule
  • Shift windows:
    • PT: 7:00 am – 5:00 pm
    • MT: 8:00 am – 6:00 pm
    • CT: 9:00 am – 7:00 pm
    • ET: 10:00 am – 8:00 pm

What You’ll Do

  • Manage inbound calls and inquiries related to balance billing situations.
  • Educate members on processes and provide timely updates on claim negotiations.
  • Document events tied to medical claims with accuracy.
  • Maintain and prioritize a daily inventory of claims.
  • Send letters, manage emails, and record contact details for each member.
  • Collaborate across departments while keeping leadership informed of critical issues.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and internal standards.

What You Need

  • High school diploma (college degree preferred).
  • Experience in healthcare claims management, including facilities, providers, and members.
  • Ability to interpret benefit plans and Explanations of Benefits (EOBs).
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Skilled in handling high call volumes and multitasking in fast-paced environments.
  • Professional, organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable.
  • PC literate with Microsoft Office and web-based applications.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
