Schedule
Full-time, remote position based in the United States. Requires availability for inbound and outbound calls during standard business hours.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct outbound outreach and inbound calls to educate and enroll members in Vida’s programs.
  • Build rapport and guide members using motivational interviewing techniques.
  • Assist with app navigation, account questions, and health goal discussions.
  • Document all interactions accurately and ensure compliance with HIPAA standards.
  • Resolve member concerns with empathy and escalate complex issues as needed.
  • Support continuous improvement through team collaboration, training, and process feedback.

What You Need

  • High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred.
  • 2–3 years of experience in customer service or call center roles (healthcare preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency with CRM and ticketing systems.
