Vida Health is hiring a Member Services Agent I to provide personalized support to members, helping them navigate health programs and services with professionalism, accuracy, and empathy. Schedule

  • Full-time, remote role (U.S.)
  • Hourly position: $21/hour

What You’ll Do

  • Make outbound calls to introduce members to Vida’s programs and explain enrollment benefits
  • Take inbound calls to conduct assessments, answer service-related questions, and assist with enrollment
  • Provide empathetic and professional support on app navigation, status updates, and general inquiries
  • Accurately document all member interactions in the system while adhering to HIPAA confidentiality standards
  • Troubleshoot and resolve member concerns, escalating complex issues when necessary
  • Collaborate on team projects such as training updates, scripting improvements, and peer sessions
  • Meet and exceed inbound/outbound KPIs while delivering high-quality service

What You Need

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred
  • 2–3 years of customer service or call center experience (healthcare preferred)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and active listening abilities
  • Proficiency with CRM and ticketing systems
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, member-focused environment
