Schedule
- Full-time, remote role (U.S.)
- Hourly position: $21/hour
What You’ll Do
- Make outbound calls to introduce members to Vida’s programs and explain enrollment benefits
- Take inbound calls to conduct assessments, answer service-related questions, and assist with enrollment
- Provide empathetic and professional support on app navigation, status updates, and general inquiries
- Accurately document all member interactions in the system while adhering to HIPAA confidentiality standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve member concerns, escalating complex issues when necessary
- Collaborate on team projects such as training updates, scripting improvements, and peer sessions
- Meet and exceed inbound/outbound KPIs while delivering high-quality service
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred
- 2–3 years of customer service or call center experience (healthcare preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and active listening abilities
- Proficiency with CRM and ticketing systems
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, member-focused environment
