Schedule
- Full-time, remote position
- Training: 6 weeks, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM CST
- Production schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CST
What You’ll Do
- Verify member eligibility, coverage, benefit types, and claim payment statuses for providers
- Explain member copayments and estimate out-of-pocket expenses for certain services
- Meet performance goals for call quality, efficiency, customer satisfaction, and attendance
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, client, and company standards
What You Need
- At least 1 year of recent experience as a health plan Provider Service Representative
- Strong multitasking skills with computers, phone systems, and data entry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to stay focused, accurate, and productive with repetitive tasks
- High school diploma or equivalent
