- Full-time, Remote (U.S.)
- Salary range: $54,000 – $65,000/year
- Bonus eligible
What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Member Service Guides to deliver exceptional support
- Use performance data to identify opportunities and turn insights into actionable coaching
- Foster a positive, resilient, and caring team culture where authenticity is valued
- Act as a player-coach, stepping in to support members when needed
- Navigate change with transparency, keeping your team motivated and engaged
- Ensure compliance and consistency while balancing member needs and organizational goals
- Drive process improvements, problem-solving, and operational excellence
What You Need
Required
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent customer-facing experience plus 1+ year of leadership
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions
- Experience building trust, coaching teams, and delivering results
Preferred
- Leadership experience managing and inspiring teams
- Healthcare or Medicare Advantage background
- Bilingual in Spanish
