Schedule
- Full-time, Remote (must use hard-wired ethernet connection)
- Shifts are 8.5 hours (including a 30-minute lunch) and assigned within call center hours:
- April–September: Mon–Fri 8am–2am ET, Sat 8am–11pm ET
- Oct–Nov: Sun–Sat 8am–2am ET
- Nov–Mar: Sun–Sat 8am–1am ET
What You’ll Do
- Support members across inbound calls, outbound outreach, chat, email, secure messaging, and video
- Build high-quality connections that create trust and empower members in their care
- Translate complex healthcare information into simple, clear terms
- Balance inbound service, proactive outreach, and digital engagement
- Ensure HIPAA compliance and protect member privacy at all times
- Master multitasking—listening, talking, and typing simultaneously
What You Need
- At least 1 year of call center experience
- Passion for serving others and improving the healthcare experience
- Strong communication skills with proven ability to build rapport and trust
- Adaptability and resilience in a fast-changing environment
- Comfort learning new skills, processes, and technology quickly
Salary
- $19–$24 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)
