Schedule
- Full-time, remote position (#LI-Remote)
- Must be hard-wired via ethernet into router
- Call Center Hours:
- Apr–Sept: Mon–Fri 8 am–2 am ET; Sat 8 am–11 pm ET
- Oct–Nov: Sun–Sat 8 am–2 am ET
- Nov–Mar: Sun–Sat 8 am–1 am ET
- Shifts: 8.5 hours (includes 30-min lunch)
What You’ll Do
- Support members across phone, chat, email, video, and secure messaging
- Build trust by listening deeply and responding with empathy
- Translate complex healthcare and benefits into clear, simple terms
- Balance inbound support, proactive outreach, and digital engagement
- Protect member privacy by adhering to HIPAA and regulatory guidelines
- Document member interactions clearly while multi-tasking in real time
- Adapt to changing priorities with a “can-do” approach
What You Need
- At least 1 year of call center experience
- Passion for serving others and improving healthcare experiences
- Ability to build rapport and trust quickly
- Resilience and adaptability in a dynamic environment
- Strong learning mindset with ability to apply feedback in real time
Compensation
- $19 – $24 per hour
- Final pay based on skills, experience, and location
