Schedule

  • Full-time, remote position (#LI-Remote)
  • Must be hard-wired via ethernet into router
  • Call Center Hours:
    • Apr–Sept: Mon–Fri 8 am–2 am ET; Sat 8 am–11 pm ET
    • Oct–Nov: Sun–Sat 8 am–2 am ET
    • Nov–Mar: Sun–Sat 8 am–1 am ET
  • Shifts: 8.5 hours (includes 30-min lunch)

What You’ll Do

  • Support members across phone, chat, email, video, and secure messaging
  • Build trust by listening deeply and responding with empathy
  • Translate complex healthcare and benefits into clear, simple terms
  • Balance inbound support, proactive outreach, and digital engagement
  • Protect member privacy by adhering to HIPAA and regulatory guidelines
  • Document member interactions clearly while multi-tasking in real time
  • Adapt to changing priorities with a “can-do” approach

What You Need

  • At least 1 year of call center experience
  • Passion for serving others and improving healthcare experiences
  • Ability to build rapport and trust quickly
  • Resilience and adaptability in a dynamic environment
  • Strong learning mindset with ability to apply feedback in real time

Compensation

  • $19 – $24 per hour
  • Final pay based on skills, experience, and location
