Schedule
- Full-time, remote U.S. role.
- Must be available to work scheduled shifts during operational hours.
- Flexibility for overtime and weekends as needed.
- Training provided (must complete successfully and demonstrate proficiency).
What You’ll Do
- Answer inbound calls and provide courteous, knowledgeable assistance regarding pharmacy, membership, and products.
- Deliver empathetic, patient-focused service to Medicare and DSNP members.
- Navigate multiple systems and applications with strong computer and data-entry skills.
- Support members in understanding benefits and resolving inquiries.
- Exhibit professionalism in attendance, communication, and call handling.
What You Need
- Must be fully bilingual (English/Spanish).
- High school diploma or GED.
- 1–2 years of Medicare Advantage claims and customer service experience, with DSNP knowledge.
- Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work in a fast-paced call center environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and healthcare-related software systems.
