Schedule
- Full-time, fully remote role
- Mandatory 2-week paid training (100% attendance required)
- Call center hours:
- Monday–Friday: 8 AM – 8 PM EST
- Saturday–Sunday: 9 AM – 5:30 PM EST
- Overtime may be required based on business needs
Responsibilities
- Make an average of 50 outbound calls per hour using an automated dialer (approx. 85% outbound, 15% inbound)
- Offer, explain, and schedule free in-home or virtual health evaluations with licensed providers
- Use pre-approved scripts to communicate consistently and accurately with members
- Overcome objections with professionalism using prepared rebuttals
- Adjust, reschedule, or cancel appointments as needed
- Meet daily performance metrics (appointments, calls, handle time, productivity)
- Participate in coaching sessions and team meetings
- Follow HIPAA guidelines to protect member privacy and escalate issues as required
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Desire to succeed in a results-driven outbound call center environment
- Strong sales aptitude and motivation to achieve incentive-based goals
- Excellent communication skills; friendly and conversational approach
- Ability to follow a fixed daily schedule, accept feedback, and maintain confidentiality
- Proficiency in multitasking across multiple computer systems
- Previous high-volume call center or auto-dialer experience preferred
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Successful completion of pre-hire testing, background check, and drug screening
- Must provide two valid IDs and proof of education during onboarding
Work From Home Requirements
- Reliable, cabled internet: 20 Mbps upload, 5 Mbps download, latency ≤100 ms
- Hotspots, satellite, or wireless internet not allowed
- Quiet, secure workspace with your own furniture setup
- Accountability for scheduled shifts and compliance with security standards
Compensation
- Base pay: $13/hour
- Incentive plan available after training completion
- Earn up to $1,125/month in incentives (equivalent to an extra $7/hour)
- Pay increases available with tenure
