Quick Facts
- Status: Full-time, remote (equipment provided)
- Training: 2 weeks, paid & mandatory (100% attendance)
- Hours of operation: Mon–Fri 8a–8p ET; Sat–Sun 9a–5:30p ET
- Base pay: $13/hr + tenure-based increases
- Monthly incentives: Up to $1,125/mo (≈ +$7/hr) based on schedule adherence & appointments-per-hour

What You’ll Do
- Connect: Average ~50 outbound calls/hour (auto-dialer) + some inbound
- Engage & educate: Use approved scripts to explain and schedule free health evaluations with licensed providers
- Handle objections: Apply pre-set rebuttals—persuade without being pushy
- Schedule like a pro: Use multiple systems to set, adjust, or cancel appointments
- Hit your numbers: Meet daily goals (appointments, calls, handle time, productivity)
- Stay compliant: Protect PHI (HIPAA); promptly report complaints
- Team up: Participate in coaching and feedback loops
Must Haves
- HS diploma or equivalent; authorized to work in the U.S.
- Drive to succeed in a results-focused outbound environment
- Strong communication; friendly, clear, and confident
- Comfortable following a fixed schedule & implementing feedback
- Tech-savvy: navigate multiple systems at once
- Highly preferred: prior high-volume call center + auto-dialer experience
- Pass pre-hire assessments, background check, and drug screen; provide two valid IDs + proof of education if hired
Work-From-Home Setup (Required)
- Wired, cabled internet only (no satellite/cellular/hotspot/wifi):
- ≥ 20 Mbps upload, ≥ 5 Mbps download, latency ≤ 100 ms
- Quiet, secure workspace (you provide furniture)
- Accountability to security standards and schedule adherence
