Schedule
- Full-time, remote role across the US

- Engage with members across multiple digital and phone channels
What You’ll Do
- Provide simple, clear guidance on health insurance and employer benefits
- Support new members during onboarding, including plan selection and setup
- Assist with care-related issues such as provider searches and claims concerns
- Refer members to clinical care managers when specialized support is needed
- Share feedback with product teams to improve member experiences
- Ensure members feel cared for and supported throughout their healthcare journey
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of related experience (social work, patient advocacy, or health coaching preferred)
- Strong communication skills and comfort with remote collaboration
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Familiarity with healthcare or insurance benefits a plus
- Entrepreneurial mindset with flexibility to adapt in a startup environment
- Comfortable learning and using modern web applications
