Job Summary:
Bloom, the insurance industry’s trusted growth partner, is looking for a resolute individual to qualify, educate, assess, and enroll prospects into the best health plans. This individual should be comfortable with making outbound calls to our members and identifying sales opportunities.
We are looking for an exceptional individual who can:
Achieve sales goals through generating new sales and cross-selling existing customers.
Provide an elevated level of Medicare plan, policy and regulation knowledge required to explain product offerings to prospects.
Identify and qualify sales leads generated from a variety of marketing channels.
Help advocate for customers by offering carrier products that will meet their needs.
Educate prospective customers through a thorough sales consultation.
Provide a positive customer experience.
High degree of accuracy on call documentation, market analysis and plan opportunities
Assist callers quickly and professionally by fielding inbound/outbound calls to sell health insurance plans with Bloom’s sales techniques.
Help individuals select the right health insurance plan that fits their needs by applying working knowledge of product plans and general industry information.
Provide accurate information to prospects using Bloom’s quality and compliance standards.
Remain at program approved thresholds for sales production, conversion, and quality assurance each month.
Ability to explain complex healthcare concepts in a clear and concise manner to potential customers.
Effective negotiation and persuasion abilities to close sales deals.
Ability to adapt to changes in healthcare policies and regulations.
Flexibility in adjusting sales strategies based on market trends and customer feedback.
Comfortable using technology (enrollment tools) and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
Ability to identify client needs and provide suitable solutions.
Quick thinking and adaptability when faced with challenges or objections.
Be accountable to a sales goal.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or GED.
Prior sales experience preferred
Meet all requirements to obtain and maintain licensed agent status; Bloom will provide all necessary training and pay for any associated fees to obtain required health insurance licenses as well as license renewal fees while you are employed at Bloom.
