Schedule

  • Full-time, steady state role with no set end date
  • Monday–Friday, no weekends required
  • Training: 8:00 am – 4:30 pm PT
  • Production: 8:00 am – 8:00 pm PT

What You’ll Do

  • Verify member eligibility, benefit types, coverage dates, and claim payment status
  • Estimate out-of-pocket expenses and explain copayments to members
  • Deliver positive call experiences while meeting performance goals for efficiency, quality, and attendance
  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA, BroadPath, and client regulations
  • Multitask effectively between calls, systems, and data entry

What You Need

  • Minimum 6 months of Medicare experience (within the last 4 years)
  • At least 1 year of recent experience as a health plan provider or member customer service representative
  • Minimum 1 year of remote/work-from-home experience
  • Strong multitasking ability with computer navigation, typing, and call handling
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to stay focused and productive with repetitive tasks
  • Flexibility to adjust schedule as needed
