Schedule
- Full-time, remote position with steady, long-term availability
- Training: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM PT
- Production: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–8:00 PM PT
- No weekend work required
What You’ll Do
- Verify Medicare member coverages, eligibility, benefit types, and claims statuses
- Estimate member out-of-pocket expenses and explain copayments
- Meet performance standards for efficiency, call quality, adherence, and attendance
- Deliver positive call experiences by addressing provider inquiries with professionalism
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, client, and BroadPath regulations
What You Need
- At least 6 months of Medicare experience within the last 4 years
- 1+ year as a health plan Provider/Member Customer Service Representative
- 1+ year of remote work experience
- Strong computer multitasking skills: navigating multiple systems, typing, and data entry while on calls
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to stay focused and productive with repetitive tasks
- Flexibility to adjust schedule during peak seasons based on client needs
