Schedule
- Full-time, remote (United States)
- Reports to Call Center Manager
- Standard business hours; must be available to handle high call volumes
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally in a remote call center setting
- Provide a welcoming first impression while following scripts and qualifying questions
- Screen callers for Medicare eligibility and interest, capturing accurate details in CRM
- Seamlessly transfer qualified prospects to licensed sales agents
- Disengage politely with callers who do not meet qualification criteria
- Adhere to CMS and company compliance guidelines
- Meet or exceed KPIs for call handling time, transfer rate, and quality scores
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1+ years of experience in a high-volume call center, customer service, or telemarketing role
- Clear, professional, and friendly phone presence
- Strong verbal communication, active listening, and precise data entry skills
- Ability to follow scripts consistently and maintain compliance standards
- Self-motivated and effective working independently in a remote environment
- Tech-savvy; able to learn CRM systems and internal tools quickly
Preferred
- Prior insurance or healthcare experience (especially Medicare)
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Previous remote call center experience
