This is a high-volume inbound phone role for someone who can stay calm, stay kind, and keep calls moving without dropping details. You’ll be the first voice patients and partners hear, routing messages, scheduling appointments, and handling minor concerns with professionalism.

- Shift: 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM CST
- Must be located in Central or Eastern time zones
- Hardware provided; employee must meet internet requirements and maintain a distraction-free, professional workspace (room with a door)
What You’ll Do
- Answer and screen all inbound calls and route callers to the appropriate department or team member
- Route messages and escalations to the correct team member or department
- Schedule and reschedule appointments as needed
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
What You Need
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer support, administrative work, healthcare reception, provider office support, or patient relations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Positive phone presence with the ability to de-escalate upset callers
- Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures
- Fundamental experience with Microsoft Office or similar software
- Preferred: 1+ year of clinical experience
- Preferred: active clinical multi-state or compact license
- Preferred: associate’s degree or equivalent
