Schedule

  • Full-time, remote (U.S.-based)

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle credentialing and re-credentialing for physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals.
  • Verify licenses, certifications, education, training, and work history.
  • Track expirations to ensure seamless renewals and compliance.
  • Maintain up-to-date credentialing files, databases, and systems.
  • Ensure compliance with CMS, Joint Commission, NCQA, and state/federal standards.
  • Prepare reports for leadership and regulatory agencies.
  • Communicate with providers, accreditation organizations, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 2–3 years of experience in credentialing, healthcare administration, or related fields.
  • Knowledge of credentialing processes and healthcare compliance standards.
  • Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
  • Proficiency in credentialing databases and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
