Schedule
- Remote position (must reside within driving distance of Lombard, IL)
- Monday–Thursday: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM CST
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate scheduling of patient appointments across multiple practices.
- Deliver excellent customer service, handling a high volume of calls with empathy and professionalism.
- Ensure patients feel valued and supported throughout their scheduling experience.
Requirements
- High School Diploma required; Associate’s Degree preferred.
- 1+ year of customer service experience in healthcare preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations is a plus.
