What You’ll Do
- Process Medicaid insurance claims with accuracy and attention to detail
- Review and adjudicate claims according to policy guidelines and CMS regulations
- Use QNXT systems for data entry, claims management, and real-time record updates
- Identify and resolve claim discrepancies or issues
- Maintain accurate documentation and generate reports on claim status and outcomes
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve claim-related inquiries
- Stay up to date on policy updates and healthcare insurance regulations
What You Need
- 1+ year of Medicaid claims processing experience
- Proficiency with QNXT systems
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting
- High school diploma or equivalent
