What You’ll Do
- Process Medicaid insurance claims accurately, ensuring all data is entered and verified
- Review and adjudicate claims in compliance with CMS regulations and policy guidelines
- Use QNXT systems for data entry and claims management
- Troubleshoot and resolve discrepancies to ensure smooth claim processing
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reports to track outcomes
- Communicate with internal teams and external partners to resolve claim questions
- Stay updated on healthcare insurance regulations and Medicaid standards
- Contribute to process improvements for efficiency and accuracy
What You Need
- 1+ year of Medicaid claims processing experience
- Proficiency in QNXT claims systems
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong attention to detail, analytical ability, and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple claims and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting
