WHAT YOU’LL DO

The Media Coordinator assists the Media Team (Planning and Buying) with administrative and operational support as well as day-to-day management of client marketing campaigns. This position will work on and track advertising projects from start to finish ensuring efficiency and accurate record and data-keeping. The Media Coordinator position requires a well-organized person with strong research skills and an eye for detail. You’ll also get to:

  • Manage day-to-day marketing campaigns, including trafficking of ads, setting up new campaigns, and working with external ad vendors
  • Communicate internally and externally with partners to manage media campaign budgets daily, make changes based on performance, and escalate issues or concerns to the team
  • Apply discretion to apply cost and purchase behavior analytics to measure and increase assigned campaign effectiveness to recoup ad spend
  • Manage monthly campaign budgets and pacing
  • Review media vendor invoices for accuracy and open IOs within internal systems.
  • Resolve billing discrepancies as needed.
  • Gather, organize, and present competitive research and spending data, as requested. Provides market analysis and other reports, as requested.
  • Process changes on media buy for assigned accounts.
  • As requested, participate in client meetings, as representatives of the media department, for media plan presentations and strategizing sessions.
  • Attend individual media presentations and/or industry presentations to keep current with industry changes.
  • Keep all media files relating to specific clients.
  • Manage digital ad-library
  • Provide support to clients, as needed
  • Other projects, as assigned

Education, Training, and Network:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
