Schedule
- Full-time, remote
- $21.64–$23.00/hour
- Camera use required for training, team meetings, and manager check-ins
What You’ll Do
- Adjudicate and authorize repair claims within your approval authority
- Review fact scenarios from repair facilities and apply correct coverage and benefit amounts
- Handle 40–50 inbound calls daily from repair centers and contract holders
- Collect and verify diagnostic information to support claim decisions
- Provide clear explanations of Endurance’s coverage levels and policies
- Process requests and documentation in line with company procedures
- Maintain positive relationships with customers, agents, dealers, and internal teams
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–2 years in a dealership or independent auto repair environment
- Knowledge of automotive repair procedures, processes, parts, and costs
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret contracts, policies, and procedures
- Experience with ProDemand, Alldata, and Carfax a plus
- Call center experience a plus
