TRM Labs is seeking a Marketing Project Coordinator (Contract) to help drive speed and execution for a mission-driven blockchain intelligence company. This 4–6 month contract role (30+ hours/week) offers the chance to support a high-impact marketing team tackling global financial crime and security challenges.
Schedule
- Contract: 4–6 months
- 30 hours/week minimum (flexible for more)
- Remote (US-based), with at least 4 hours overlap with GMT
- No weekends or on-call requirements
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate webinars, non-technical website updates, and content production with external vendors
- Manage marketing meeting hygiene — agendas, notes, next steps, and follow-ups
- Support quarterly OKR roll-ups, reporting, and cross-company communication of priorities
- Oversee swag inventory, vendor relationships, invoices, and payments
- Handle cross-functional marketing requests (Talent, Engineering, Legal, etc.)
- Assist VP of Marketing with expense filings, approvals, and light administrative tasks
What You’ll Need
- 3+ years of experience as a Marketing Project Coordinator, Chief of Staff, or similar in a fast-paced startup
- Experience supporting senior marketing or GTM leaders
- Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing communication loops
- Excellent writing and communication skills (updates, briefs, meeting notes)
- Comfort with tools like GCal, Notion, Slack, Zoom, and project trackers
- Prior experience in marketing team operations, campaign rhythms, and creative workflows
