What You’ll Do
- Schedule, post, and monitor content across multiple social platforms to grow engagement and visibility
- Support community engagement and online customer relationship management
- Design and edit short-form and long-form content using CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, or similar tools
- Assist with creating, formatting, and sending email campaigns, newsletters, and automations
- Update website content, support basic site development, and improve user experience
- Write clear, engaging copy for social posts, ads, emails, and web content
- Help plan, organize, and track digital marketing campaigns
- Support reporting, research, and other marketing-related admin tasks as needed
What You Need
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms
- Experience with content editing tools (CapCut, Photoshop/Illustrator, After Effects, or similar)
- Basic knowledge of email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, etc.)
- Familiarity with website builders/CMS tools (WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, or similar)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and organized
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and hit deadlines in a part-time schedule
