This role is for a digital marketer who can execute clean, multi-channel campaigns and actually measure what’s working. You’ll help Cure HHT expand awareness, drive community participation, and support fundraising through email, web, social, and paid.

- Cross-functional collaboration with philanthropy, education, research, healthcare programs, and therapeutics teams
What You’ll Do
- Execute and schedule digital marketing campaigns aligned to organizational priorities across awareness, engagement, and fundraising
- Manage and optimize email marketing (Mailchimp/MCAE), website (WordPress), and social channels
- Partner with internal teams to execute giving campaigns, peer-to-peer drives, research initiatives, and awareness efforts
- Implement campaign objectives, calls to action, and audience targeting based on approved briefs and strategic plans
- Manage production and logistics for direct mail campaigns and ensure alignment with digital channels
- Monitor marketing metrics across email, web, social, and paid, and produce monthly performance reports
- Share data-informed insights and recommendations to support optimization decisions
- Manage SEO, Google Analytics, and digital advertising (Google Ad Grants, Meta Ads) to expand reach and drive conversion
- Support dashboards by preparing data, reports, and leadership-ready summaries
- Handle day-to-day website updates, landing pages, blog publishing, and brand-aligned content updates
- Execute email campaigns, automation, and list management aligned to approved messaging frameworks
- Ensure accessibility and brand standards across digital content
- Maintain a shared content calendar with the Sr. Manager, Content & Brand Strategy
- Manage assigned vendors within approved scope and budgets
- Stay current on nonprofit digital trends, test approved tactics, and track KPIs for improvement
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 3 to 5 years of digital marketing experience (nonprofit or healthcare preferred)
- Proficiency with Mailchimp, WordPress, Google Analytics, and social media management tools
- Strong analytical skills with ability to turn data into actionable insights
- Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns with deadlines and detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Preferred: SEO strategy experience
- Preferred: Salesforce or similar CRM familiarity
- Preferred: experience supporting online fundraising or advocacy campaigns
- Preferred: understanding of accessibility and compliance best practices
- Preferred: experience with a project management tool such as Asana
