We are seeking a dynamic Manager for our Billing Team who has a minimum of 7 years experience in Billing and have overseen a team of Billing Associates.
This is a remote position. Applicants can live anywhere within the continental USA.

Responsibilities
Our Manager, Client Billing manages the entering of charges, ensuring that all necessary procedures are completed prior to invoicing, and statements are finalized, in accordance with contract.
This person:
- Interprets contractual documents to ensure billing is performed in compliance with all contract terms
- Participates in implementation of new customers, conversions, and contract addendums
- Communicate and coordinate with other departments and/or clients in respect to the functions of Client Billing
- Provides a clear customer-focused sense of direction for the department
- Develops and implements strategic action plans for department, anticipates future needs
- Performs other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications
- High school graduate, GED, or equivalent experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Seven years of experience in discipline
- Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within discipline
